electrodeposited painting
meeting for appropriate color proposal
Automobile paint finishes protect the vehicle from long-term exposure to harsh conditions like the weather. At the same time, a diverse offering of body colors serves to boost the perceived value of the vehicle.
Automobile paint falls into three categories: electrodeposited finishes, middle coatings, and top-layer finishes.
① Electrodeposited paint is an anti-corrosive paint. By submerging the vehicle body in electrodepositing paint the finish adheres to the vehicle. This process allows the paint to adhere to both inner and outer surfaces of the body and create an even glaze.
② The middle coat provides weather resistance, protects against chipping, and is also used to obtain a smooth coating. Solvent-based paints are the norm, but recently water-based paints have started to be used. The coat is usually applied through an electrostatic treatment.
③ The top-layer coating is used to affix a wide range of colors to the body and determines its final hue. Recently, a variety of high-gloss materials have been developed and are used to enhance the appeal of the vehicle. As with middle coats, water-based paints have started to gain acceptance. The finish is usually applied electrostatically.
Our automobile paint finish production has recently adapted to to customers' demands for environmentally-friendly, energy-efficient/low-emissions paints.
1.≪Electrodeposited finishes with easy application≫
Electrodeposited finishes maintain anti-rust functionality, but also provide a way of using less paint overall than previous finishing methods.
2.≪Eco-friendly products with a shorter production process≫
Not only do we provide water-based middle- and top-layer finishes, but we also offer paint products that can be applied "wet on wet" without the need for a drying furnace in between coats
3.≪Easy-to-use urethane-based paints≫
Although most automobile parts are made from plastic, we do not simply offer a "one size fits all" approach. Based on the materials being painted, we carefully select the right ingredients and provide optimal finishes. For instance, we provide a special single-part urethane paint for automobile parts rather than the standard two-part blend which is much tougher to use.
